The Peace Of What Is Comes To You
When you abide in being again and again throughout the day, every day, for a few moments at a time, with the intention of dwelling there for longer and longer periods, anytime, anyplace, anywhere, especially in the hardest and darkest of times and places, then you’ll find, when you’re not expecting this presence, that the peace of what is comes to you.
When it does, don’t think about it – even though the first few times you’ll be surprised, excited, and the subsequent barrage of thoughts will inevitably cover up what is – just relax into it and stay there.
And repeat.
